Left was on my 20th birthday in July 2011, I weighed somewhere in the high 170s, right is from May 2013, about 140. Started my journey towards health in January 2013, eat clean and run people!

This is great because it doesn’t say not to eat that food ever again, just choose smaller sizes or a “healthier” option of that food.
